Rubber Lined Pneumatic Control Flush Bottom Outlet Valve

Thepneumatic flush bottom valveis divided into upward bottom outlet valve and downward bottom outlet valve.Rubber linedcontrol bottom valveis mainly used for bottom discharge of reactors,storage tanks and other containers.The series of valves are simple in structure, and the surface in contact with the medium is lined with fluorine material, and the valve is opened and closed by the cone valve plug structure.

The Features of Lined Pneumatic Control Flush Bottom Valve:

1. Corrosion resistance: It is almost resistant to corrosion of all medium (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia), unlike ordinary up-and-down bottom outlet valves;
2. Good sealing: special taper valve core structure is used to open and close the seal;
3. The material has no residue, is not easy to crystallize, and the valve cavity and the tank body are integrated structure;
4. It can be equipped with different modes of operation: manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, etc.;
5. Convenient operation, free start, flexible movement, simple assembly and maintenance of valve core, reasonable sealing structure, convenient and practical sealing plate replacement.

The Structure Principle of Pneumatic Flush Bottom Valve:

1.The upward bottom outlet valve is opened for the valve to move upward (the valve core moves outside the valve body), and the valve is required to overcome the force of the medium, and the closing torque is larger when the valve is opened. The upper opening and closing stroke is small and the installation height is small. The up-up type is used for the discharge of the reactor with the agitator discharge valve. Note: The size of the imported flange is the same as the size of the outlet flange or the size is different.

2. The downward bottom outlet valve is opened for the valve flap (plunger) to move downward (the valve core moves inside the valve body). When it is opened, the movement direction is the same as the force of the medium, so the closing torque is smaller when it is opened. The lower opening and closing stroke is large and the installation height is high.The lower discharge type discharge is discharged from the reaction kettle of the frame type anchor stirrer. Note: The size of the inlet flange can only be larger than the size of the flange.
